Matt Beshears, Principal of Sovran Consulting, has more than thirty years of experience working in the capital markets including extensive commercial real estate lending and private equity investing. He has written hundreds of investment and loan proposals supporting more than a billion dollars in transactions. A hallmark of Beshears’ career is his ability to distill complex financial materials into concise, easily-read presentations. Augmenting his financial training, Beshears studied communications/journalism as an undergraduate in college.
